1. About this Privacy Policy and Demy-Colton

a. This Privacy Policy explains the ways
in which Demy-Colton collects, stores, uses and shares information concerning
you and your company (“User Information”). Our objective is to assure you that
we handle User Information professionally with due regard for privacy and in
line with prevailing law. By using Demy-Colton websites and/or by accepting
this Privacy Policy when registering for a Demy-Colton product or service, you
expressly consent to the collection, storage, use and sharing of User
Information by Demy-Colton as described in this Privacy Policy.

b. As this Privacy Policy covers a number
of different products, services and websites of Demy-Colton, some sections may
not be relevant to you.

2. Information collection

User Information is submitted to Demy-Colton when you (a
“Registered User”) register to purchase or use products or services available
from DEMY-COLTON. Such User Information may include your name, address, email
address, phone number and job function, as well as information about your
company. It may also include payment information, such as credit or debit card
details or bank account information.

Demy-Colton may collect information about your usage of Demy-Colton
products, services or websites. Please see the below section on ‘Usage
Information’ for further details.

Demy-Colton may also use ‘cookies’ to collect information
about the device(s) you use to access Demy-Colton websites and how you interact
with those websites. Please see the below section on ‘cookies’ for further
details.

3. Use and sharing of information

a. Demy-Colton does not sell, share,
or rent User Information to third parties other than as disclosed in this
Privacy Policy. Any use of User Information not disclosed in this Privacy
Policy will only be made with your permission.

b. By registering to use a Demy-Colton
product or service, you agree that Demy-Colton may send you promotional
communications (such as information about future events or other Demy-Colton
products or services), unless you choose to opt out of receiving such
communications, either at the time of registration or subsequently. Such
communications will generally be sent via email, but they may be sent via other
methods from time to time. See Section 5 below for more information on opting
out.

c. By registering to use or receive a Demy-Colton
product or service, you agree that Demy-Colton may contact you by post,
telephone, email or fax to keep you updated on arrangements being made for the
product or service for which you have registered.

d. You agree that Demy-Colton may use
User Information in a manner reasonably required to operate its services and
products. For example, if you become a Registered User by registering for an
event, and submitting User Information to a Demy-Colton (or Demy-Colton
utilized) registration or partnering system, you agree that your User
Information can be reproduced, replicated, published, displayed, disseminated,
and downloaded and printed for personal use by all other Registered Users of
that event, service or product. You also agree that Demy-Colton may use User
Information for internal record keeping, analysis, research, product
development and for answering your queries.

e. If you have posted information about
licensing opportunities in your company’s profile and selected the option to
make such information available to other Demy-Colton (or Demy-Colton utilized) registration
or partnering system users, you agree that other users (such as pharmaceutical
companies) shall be entitled to view and export such information in order to
facilitate their in-house evaluation and management of licensing opportunities.
Demy-Colton will not disclose your email address or direct telephone number in
connection with any product (other than as disclosed in this Privacy Policy)
unless you include those contact details in such licensing opportunity
information and select this option yourself.

f. You agree that Demy-Colton can display
certain limited User Information on pages of our publicly (i.e. non-private) websites,
which are visible to website visitors who are not registered users. Demy-Colton
may choose to display information such as your name, job position/function,
company name, country, a company profile copied or abstracted from company data
you have provided (including company address, categories and description), and
an indication that you attended and that your company was represented at
certain specified events. You also agree that any messages you post as part of
group discussions on our publicly accessible websites will be publicly visible.

g. If you have registered for an event
run by a third party (for example, at which Demy-Colton is providing only the
partnering service) you agree that Demy-Colton can disclose your User
Information to that third party. You should review such third party’s terms and
conditions and privacy policy and satisfy yourself that the third party handles
your User Information in an appropriate way, as their agreement with you is
independent of Demy-Colton’.

h. Certain Demy-Colton events are
produced in collaboration with third parties, as stated on the relevant event
websites. Where you have registered to attend such an event, in order to enable
the third party to perform its role, you agree that Demy-Colton may share with
such third party your first and last name, company name and title, email address,
mailing address, and telephone number that you submitted when registering for
the particular event. If you do not wish this information to be disclosed to
the third party, please inform Demy-Colton using any of the methods listed
below.

i. You agree that Demy-Colton may share
User Information with: (i) companies performing services on Demy-Colton’s behalf
(such as marketing, IT or delivery services) who will only use the User
Information to provide that service; (ii) event-specific partners such as EBD
for Biotech Showcase; and (iii) a purchaser or potential purchaser of all or
part of the Demy-Colton business.

4. Usage information
In your use of Demy-Colton products, you will generate “Usage Information”.
This includes your messages, participants of meetings, and information on how
you use the products.

a. Information on how you use Demy-Colton
products will be stored, but will only ever be disclosed by Demy-Colton in
aggregate form and no specific business relationships will be identifiable.

b. Messages you send and receive on a Demy-Colton (or Demy-Colton utilized) registration or partnering
system, and the identity of meeting participants, are the property of your
company and are potentially visible to all of your colleagues and the companies
you have communicated with.

c. Messages you send and receive on a
Demy-Colton (or Demy-Colton utilized) registration or partnering system, are
personal to you and are not shared with your colleagues.

d. If you have registered for an event
run by a third party (for example, at which Demy-Colton is providing only the
partnering service) you agree that Demy-Colton can disclose your Usage
Information to that third party, if they request it. You should review such
third party’s terms and conditions and privacy policy and satisfy yourself that
the third party handles your Usage Information in an appropriate way, as their
agreement with you is independent of DEMY-COLTON.

5. Opting out or correcting information
If you no longer wish to receive our promotional communications, you may
opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each
communication, or by contacting Demy-Colton using any of the methods listed
below.

All or some of your User Information will be retained in
order to facilitate your future use of Demy-Colton’ services or products. If
your User Information is incorrect or changes, you may be able to correct or
update parts of it using edit profile functions. Alternatively, or if you no
longer wish for Demy-Colton to retain User Information, please contact Demy-Colton
by any of the methods listed below.

You will be notified if Demy-Colton intends to use your
User Information in any way not covered by this Privacy Policy, so that you can
make an informed choice about opting out.

6. What information do we hold on you?

To request details of User Information Demy-Colton holds
on you, please contact Demy-Colton by any of the methods listed below. If
permitted by applicable law, a small fee may be payable in relation to such a
request.

7. Photographs and video
Demy-Colton or Demy- Colton agents may take photographs and videos (“Images”)
of typical scenes of Demy-Colton events and event-related functions, some of which
may feature identifiable attendees going about their business. These Images are
frequently made available for view on Demy-Colton websites, or may be used in
marketing material. Demy-Colton will never use without your express permission
Images of you that clearly suggest a specific business interaction, or are
frivolous in nature.

8. Security and transfer of information

Demy-Colton takes your data privacy rights very seriously
and takes reasonable precautions to protect User Information. Only certain individuals
within the company are given degrees of access to Registered Users’ Information
according to job function and necessity.

Demy-Colton follows generally accepted industry standards
to protect User Information, both during transmission and once it is received.
No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage,
is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while Demy-Colton strives to use
commercially acceptable means to protect your User Information, its absolute
security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Use of cookies

A ‘cookie’ is a small file that is stored
on a computer for record-keeping purposes. Like many internet sites, Demy-Colton

cookies to measure the success and performance of its websites, products and

11. Notification of changes

Please check this Privacy Policy periodically to inform
yourself of any changes. Although we reserve the right to modify or supplement
this Privacy Policy by amending this page, Demy-Colton will provide notice to
you on Demy-Colton websites of any major changes for at least 30 days following
the change.
